I wonder if anybody can help me, or help me find an attorney to help me on how to apply for a taiwan id.
I am now in taiwan as a local hired employee as an engineer/architect for a us company building a nuclear power plant, for almost a year now, using my foreign passport. I am an ARC holder.
But before that, I enter Taiwan using my ROC overseas passport for 8 months (2 x 4 months) but my parents or grandparents have not live here and dont have a household registration, the closest kin i have here is my aunt.
