Good cheese?

That cellulose scare was blown way out of proportion, not to mention that it went from being "coated with food-grade cellulose, like made from cork silk or something, to prevent clumping, as BP mentioned, to “all pre-shredded cheese is made out of balsa wood” or something.
Not to conflate the quality of pre-shredded supermarket cheese or anything, obviously, but it deffo had the shit exaggerated out of it

I still grate my own cheese. No additives for me. I’m sure it won’t hurt you but I don’t see the point in eating things with no nutritional value.
