I know the thread is a few years old now, but the tip about Lulu’s cafe is still valid.
I managed to get there yesterday, I had two pour overs, a natural Ethiopian Yirgacheffe and a Kenyan.
I can honestly say the Kenyan was the best cup of coffee I’ve ever had.
Lulu is very welcoming, she speaks great English and is clearly very knowledgeable and is passionate about her coffee.
I can’t recommend this place highly enough.
Glad you enjoyed it. I haven’t posted in this thread in quite a while. Some shops have moved (Cafe Lulu, for example), and some have closed. Anyone using this thread would be well advised to double check before heading out.
