I got that a few hours ago. Fix for me was to turn off the VPN (NordVPN) and refresh and it worked. 15 mins or so later I turned the VPN back on and all was OK. I have had a few strange things happen of late , and the solution has usually been to turn off the VPN and wait a few mins before turning it back on.
