Is there anyway to get Google Maps on the Android to display in Chinese only rather than defaulting to English?
I would rather not have their sloppy English and Tongyong/Hanyu pinyin mix on my screen.
Even more annoyingly, it produces addresses in English (with incorrect Pinyin). This makes many applications that require your address unusable. For instance Android has a very useful app to call a taxi by detecting your location on Google Maps. However, because it produces the address in English with incorrect Pinyin, I cannot use it.
