Not enough customers we’re ordering it and the supplies / toppings would go to waste.
If you ask me, I think they need to advertise more, not only rely on foot traffic and word of mouth.

That’s true. Especially because they aren’t in a street with lots of foot traffic. I’ve been living in the area for four years and haven’t walked in front of their shop at all!

There seems to be very little tolerance for dense, European style cakes.

That’s a shame. I never made it back a second visit although I wanted to. Another one bites the dust.
Could’ve predicted that, people want their daily greasy crap. Many bakeries start out with a fair amount of ‘western’ pastries, breads, cakes, to just switch to local greasy, weird filled stuff over time. Oh, and ‘fluffy’ toast.

Drove past this evening and they looked open. Will call tomorrow.
Now it’s open? Many places close on Monday.
Gate was half down, past normal hours, lights on. They usually are closed Mondays though.
If its open google map dont help their shop when Google map show its permanently closed
