AnimalsTaiwan was recently invited to write the foreword for a great new book for kids, 歐麥加的狗日子.

It tells the tale of a daydreaming boy who magically turns into a recently abandoned dog, and beautifully highlights the plight of so many of the free-roaming dogs on the island.

If you’re looking for a meaningful gift for one of your students or younger friends in Taiwan, look no further.

It is only through education that we can stop the constant abuse and neglect towards animals, and this is an excellent way of achieving that.

Just enquired for you, and it’s good for 10 to 15 year olds, and even entertaining for those a little older. :wink:

That’s definitely a fantastic idea. Would be good if one could be produced for the younger kids too, the earlier the better in terms of trying to instil a sense of emapthy and compassion in a developing human being.
