Greenhouses, how are these handled legally?

Well, finally got a house with some land and I’m going to start my dream of becoming a farmer. One nagging starting point is Greenhouses. Quite intregal to my plans and yet considering Taiwan’s murky legal system, I’m not sure how they are classified legally. So where and how can I start to find out if:

  1. Can I build it

  2. How big can I build it?

  3. Are certain materials required/banned for it’s use?

Now basically, I’m going to build a small one first, then another one, and another one, then the last one till they either say something or I know the legality of it. But I would like to have this information before I start putting the money and time into building 1-4 of them.

Send a PM to poster Chung. He’s a farmer here and might have some useful advice for you. AFAIK, your main problem will be zoning. They’re pretty strict about, for example, not using land zoned for paddy for any other purpose.
Chung is not Taiwanese, btw.
