I was wondering if anyone knew where I could find a copy, with the guitar, of Guitar Hero for 2 PS2. I live in Taoyuan but would be willing to go anywhere on the island to feed my addiction.

If you have region free PS2, www.shinyimports.com (that’s me) can get it for you and mail to you. It’s larger than the items I usually deal with but I’ll find a way.
It will be $NT3200. It’s appears to be out of print, but my supplier does have some left (on the wrong side of the continent) so let me know as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. And also I have a shipment waiting to be sent to be any day now, so now would be a good time to order.

I have a modded PS2 with a “backup” copy of Guitar Hero 1 and 2. I bought the Guitar from a yahoo place located in Yonghe. The guitar is really cool since it is wireless, cost about 1200NT I think. The game is really fun too!
I don’t there I have ever been to a game store where you can’t get it modded. Go anywhere that sells games and ask them.
If this was a year ago or earlier I would really recommend modding the PS2 with a HDD and chipping it with a chip that can play backups. Really convenient, keeps your original discs safe and no looking all over for the disc if you misplace it. Basically you bootup with a boot disc and it loads up to a list of games and you can install new games through another option menu. What I use at home is HDLoader. Dunno what you can find out here in Taiwan also once it’s modded its region free and can play games from europe jpn china taiwan us whatever.
I’m sure you can find some shops in Ximending or even the NOVA near Taipei Main.
