The Songshan sports center is right next to the arena. $50/entry.
One MRT stop away. Or take a bus. They have the bus lane on Nanjing East Road and it would very fast.
They have good pools there as well, if you enjoy that.
If youre willing to take a bus or walk or a bit, i highly recommend 台北運動中心-長安店. They have an awesome selection of equipment, cheap and hassle free. They even have a rogue reverse hyper, first ive seen in taiwan.
