I’ll be moving to Taiwan in approximately 40 days, while packing and checking what I can and cannot take into the country by plane from America, I’ve realized I can’t pack my hair bleaching powder or the developer I use with it.
Having someone ship it over seems a bit risky due to it being a hazardous material and unable to be air transported, I’m still trying to figure out what I’ll do.
I know I can get brands like Gatsby and FreshLight in Taiwan, but has anyone had any success buying bleaching powder (BW2, Quick Blue, Prism Lights), and cream peroxide developer (6, 20, and 30 volume) in Taiwan anywhere? I’ll be in Taoyuan province but I’ll travel if needed.
