Happy New Year, Forumosa!

On the last day of the year, I came to thank you all for the online companionship and memorable moments. :slightly_smiling_face:

Old-timers, Regulars, or Newbies you all made this forum a little bit special by your contributions.
Forumosa is a place where I can disconnect a bit of the daily routine and I’m glad if each and every one of you. :wink:Even the troublemakers! :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Here’s to a great year ahead and that we may finally move on and have a new year for real!

Happy 2023!

Forumosa is where I take my work breaks. I’m very thankful for the site, especially on days when stress from my job is high. I don’t engage in debate because that defeats the purpose of the forum for me. Anyway, Happy New Year everyone!

Here’s hoping for a better 2023!

Another year. No suspensions, and only a few warnings. I think I’m maturing. Thank f8ck. I’m like a 110 years old. :grandpa:

A comma before a despite clause when it occurs mid-sentence is not necessary,

Indeed. But it is optional.
