I tried to login a few weeks ago using digital citizen certificate and NHI and I couldn’t for some reason. I can’t remember exactly why.
It is possible. I did it using my NHI card (I wrote about it above so I’d remember how I did it…).
ironically i need the entry/exit certificates , which is why im trying to use mydata… well, I’ll take this as a sign to get one then 
can it be done in a day? im just gonna skip work to go to NIA so I’d like to be prepared…
It’s just the same thing as most things NIA-related. Get a number and wait for your turn.
You won’t receive the card the same day, though.

And if you really need the entry/exit certificate ASAP, it’s best to just pay the fee at the NIA.
