Has anyone uses Payoneer in Taiwan and is it possible to withdraw money in local NTD?
Your question is not clear. Paypal and Payoneer are not connected. I’m not sure if they still do it, but it was possible to get a debit card from Payoneer and withdraw your funds from an ATM. I never went through with it, but that was a few years ago.
