Not sure if this is the correct category…
Just got myself a new phone and wanted to add my credit card from CTBC to my Google Wallet. But it’s asking me to call my bank which just gives me the dial options for my problem but in Chinese. I don’t remember doing this the first time I added, and made sure to remove the card from my old phone too…
I can’t speak or hear the language that well, so I’m stumped what to do short of going to the bank itself.
Did anyone else experience this?
