Hey i need help signing up for QQ for work purposes and im stuggling to be able to sign up, i need help with it please can someone either direct me to a website that can help or someone who can help, help me please.

QQ is a chinese app which you need a friend who has QQ to scan your QR code to sign up

What seems to be the problem? According to web data it’s simply an app found on the Google Play Store for Android and on the Apple Store for iOS.
Just download it, install it and allow the CCP to monitor your communication. Easy.
Please describe in excruciating details the issues you are having.

But you need 2 people to scan QR codes to be able to make an account now.
Try reaching out to this person. If they have been successful finding users in Taiwan, they might be able to help you.
Alternatively, if there aren’t 2 users in Taiwan, there could be a couple of 100 million users in China, who could help.
I’m struggling to see why QQ would be useful if you don’t know even two people in China to use it with…

Oh…so the CCP is going to punish you AND your buddy for anything you say and vice-versa. Good app!
I think it’s probably more about preventing scammers and identity theft. WeChat has a similar thing when trying to get into an old account.
I remember it being quite a pain to coordinate that with two Chinese people, from outside of China, inside a short time period and without using WeChat itself (because it’s so ubiquitous).
