Help needed for Bachelor Party

Hi there everyone, I am due to go to Taipei in the middle of October with a group of 5 to 6 guys for a bachelor party and wedding. So I was wondering if anyone had any ideas of cool things to do for an extended bachelor party? Will be going out quite abit ofcourse…was wondering are there any actual strip clubs in Taipei? Are there kareoke places that do bachelor party stuff? and which are the best clubs/pubs to hit up while we are there? Also are there any cool things to do during the day time for a group of guys? Are there cool things to do on the traditional quiet nights Sunday, Monday and Tuesday?

Just a bit of background information about me and the crew to help with the advice given. We will be there for a total of 8 nights, 5 of which will be guys only and staying at the Grand Hyatt. We are all mid to late 20 yeard old professionals, so although money isn’t a big issue we still like bang for our buck. We are all Australians that are ethnic chinese with myself and a couple of the guys pretty westernised and unable to speak any mandarin or hokkien (shame on us!). There are a couple of the guys that are Taiwanese (including the groom) so although they know where to eat, they do not really know where to go out. All the guys except me and another guy have partners; so although it would be great to hook up with a chick (preferrably english speaking otherwise I don’t dsicriminate) the main aim is to give the groom an awesome time!

Yes, plenty of KTV’s that play bachelor party games, all the way to the bare-bottom lap dance (contact allowed!) and happy ending. Price is anywhere from NT$2.5K to 4K per 2hours, 7 nights a week, including alcohol. Price depends on the quality of the establishment/girls. There is a regular poster here that owns/manages such an establishment on the East side of town, only about 10 minutes from the hotel you’ll be staying at. You can search the threads, not sure if the place is still there or not.

KTV = Karaoke TV. Basically a private room with a TV and microphones where people sing along with music and a prompted television. You have all sorts, from normal ones for regular people to “special” ones that provide female companionship and/or special services for men. Love it or despise it, there’s no denying KTV’s immense popularity in Asia.
