hi, i have brought in a dream satellite tv system from the Phil. and had already installed it as according to the instruction on the web (I guess), but the problem is, I can not get any signal from it. Actually, the signal and video is 10% and 1% respectively.
I hope anybody out there might be able to help me or at least recommend somebody to help me orient, or troubleshoots my sat. system. I will be paying the charges on the services rendered. thank you.

You can do it by yourself. You just have to have a bit of patience. First pan your dish horizontaly and point it at around 136 degrees clockwise from the north. Then pan your dish vertically at around 50 degrees upward from horizontal then adjust it per half degree untill you can get a signal.
