question for any and all people who are here working legally through marriage to a local gal/guy. i was just recently married and now applying for arc. problem is I have a bit of a criminalrecord in my home country. Does anyone know of a local immigration lawyer who can advise me on this? Is there a way around this criminal record check? pardons in my country are at a 2 year wait.
