High blood pressure

Hi,

I’m hoping someone on here will be able to help or advise me.

I would like to apply for a working permit and resident visa in Taiwan, but I’m not sure if I will pass the medical check-up.

I have high blood pressure and I take medicine to control this. Will this be an issue?

Thanks

J

Nope, they are looking for AIDS, tuberculosis, lepra and other contagious stuff.

My only advice is to bring plenty of Medication for your Blood Pressure,if you intend to live in Taiwan.

If he gets his ARC, and then NHI, he gets blood pressure meds for a very cheap price at any hospital, vist to doc included. Oh, stress tests are free, too. You know, when they set you up to run like a hamster on a wheel to check for heart conditions.
