Yes, we’re planning on coming.
Hi guys,
seems like tomorrow is laundry day. Well, we had a late night out, and also some other plans for tomorrow. I hope you guys have a fun hike with excelent weather.
And… erm, I am still sitting in the office talking to customers - so count me out too - sorry.
This photo will give you a rough idea of the hike today. Add some rain, more people, and make it uphill. Oh, and some wind and tall grass and mud. Yeah, and think Taiwan vs. wherever it was really taken. The list of sights along the way that we didn’t see is quite impressive. Ask if you want details. Someone else can fill you in on the UFO pyramid.
As usual, the people who went made the best of it and salvaged the trip. See you all again in April!
P.S. - We did discover yet another mystery. We stopped very briefly at the top. Sign said highest point in Taipei or something. Then from that point, on the trip back to the bus, we climbed uphill for a while. Must be like the Bermuda Triangle or something, except the mysterious forces affect the sign painters and not the navigation aids.
Come back. Bloody hell. Balaz is taking off. You won’t hike in the wet. We need reinforcements.
The young chap on the left having his umbrella held up by the lovely lady looks happy enough.
Picture taken just outside the Berumuda triangle.
I was thinking about you all when I got wet driving home, glad you had a good, if wet, time.

Here’s a picture of the pyramid we visited:
Good one. That explains all of the wailing I heard while waiting for you all to return from the pyramid. Like I said at the time I heard it, “Watch out for the anal probes!”
Major fire on Qixingshan. Anyone got eyes on it?
News says it’s around Xiaoyoukeng
Just saw it and came here to share.
Very strong winds. It looks bad. I don’t think firefighters can do much on such terrain with these winds.
Very dry and windy. Air quality sucks, too.

Big fire on YMS I hear.
They say a short circuit in an air quality monitoring device was the cause of the fire. The irony is thick as that smoke.
