yes, or look up the website of the English department of a university near you, call or email the secretary and say you have a job for a student, and if they can help you out in posting it.
Pay:we pay students 250/hr for simple office work (calls and data entry), but you get what you pay for. If you need someone to help you sort out serious stuff, expect to pay more.

Sure, I understand. I’ve seen expats throwing mild fits that Filipina cleaners dare charge 300TWD per hour, for a job that’s ‘so easy’… lol. So you never know what someone else’s frame of reference is.
