I really want copies of “The Lifeboat” and “Rope.” Do you have any ideas where I could find copies of them on d.v.d. in Taipei?
I found two box sets (ten movies per box) at Carrefour. Twenty Hitchcock movies! 
I think they were around $350 per set. Hope that helps.
Costco used to have the same sets, something like $350 per set; don’t think they do anymore. 
FNAC was carrying the individual movies for something like $99 a pop; I’d try there, if you’re only looking for the two titles.
