# Holidays have nearly arrived... time to desk warm!

Who is looking forwards to a few weeks of paid time to… read? Start a side hustle? Watch netflix? What are your plans for your “time off”?

My school has organised a day trip for teachers to Alishan from Kaohsiung during one of the days… It’ll be a nice day and beats sitting in the office. I have a full week of no class and one week of half days during which I’m running a camp. I was also going to use the time to keep reading comics in Chinese and research which stocks and ETFs to invest in for 2021…

Having the full 3 weeks off would be nice but at this time when many people back home are suffering economic hardship, I’m very grateful to be getting paid to do whatever I like as long as I stay inside school 🤪 😅 😂

Work…not just work, but work + inlaws. Afterwards i will need a vacation from this vacation…
