Hourly fee/ training novice teachers for demo lessons & their first year

I am thinking of starting a service where I help teachers with their lesson plans in order to help them prepare for demo lessons, prepare for employee evaluations, problem solve around challenging issues in their classes, differentiate instruction, or develop more tools in their instructional toolkit. I would also be willing to help by giving the interviewer’s perspective from the during the hiring process.

Is this a service teachers and potential teachers might be willing to pay for in Taiwan?

If it matters, I have trained hundreds of teachers, been involved in hiring staff here in Taiwan and in multiple organizations in the USA, and have evaluated teachers for multiple organizations.

Do you want to train Taiwanese English teachers or foreign teachers?

I am interested in interacting with both. However, my initial idea was in response to multiple posts I have seen across multiple websites by people trying to become English teachers. Due to their their limited (or perhaps nonexistent) training in the field of education, those posters had questions on how to develop demonstration lessons, write lesson plans, or respond to interview questions.
