Hi i just arrived in Taipei to get a TARC, the only problem is my mom household registration, she hasn’t comeback in Taiwan with her taiwanese passport for 2years, and her taiwanese passport is out of date, and i also have her id and old passport with me, what can i do? I can’t Make her do everything by herself, do i have to use her household only ? Can i ask a cousin who is taiwanese, my chinese isn’t that good and i understand half of what they told me.
