I want to attend the graduation of the uni students that I had for 2 years before I came to Taiwan. I have time off from work but because of the tax laws, it is not a good idea if I spend a full day or more outside of Taiwan. I have checked e-long and vayama and all I can find are options that will get me to Shanghai around 10 in the morning and require me to leave at 7 in the evening. I would prefer to get to Shanghai at 8 a.m. or earlier and stay until 9 pm, so that I can see as many students as possible.
Is there some other website that I can check? or…is there a really early - like 5 or 6 a.m. boat - that leaves from Taiwan to Fujian province? I have heard that takes only 45 minutes…and can hop on a plane from Fuzhou to Shanghai and maybe even be in SH after 7 a.m.
I am open to suggestions.
