How difficult is it to find a language school to sponsor ARC for 14 hours?

I’m hoping to get a job at a language school that only requires the minimum 14 hours a week.
Is this fairly easy?
More and more schools seem to be wanting full time (on salary) these days.

Lots only offer 14 hours, some even less (illegally).

Obviously you’re on an employer sponsored ARC, which makes it tricky.

Try American Eagle. IME they often offer low hour contracts. Also, adult buxibans are the places to ask.
