If she’s wearing a school uniform, and you see her with a bunch of other people in school uniforms, she’s probably too young.
If you see a girl during school hours but she’s not wearing a uniform, it’s highly likely she’s not in high school anymore.
Well, I’m Canadian, not American, but after so many years here, I am pretty good at judging ages.
When I first met my wife, she was only three years out of her teens. I figured she was in her twenties, though, and I was right. And any woman in her twenties is fair game. 
I have a friend who met his wife when she was 17. I think her maturity (or lack of it) was a big problem at first, but they were pretty into each other. 4 years, 1 marriage later (and most recently a baby!), they’re doing well for themselves!
… so you can go out with her, regardless of your age

Please, if you mean “Caucasian guy,” then say “Caucasian guy”! Cause not all Caucasian guys are American, either.

Seriously though. fter two and a half years I am getting a little better at judging age though. I’m usually within 2 to 5 years of the target. Although most of the women I’ve been romantically involved here with have all somehow been 30 or 31!!!

for american guys, you have to say; 'would you like to go to Mcdonald with me? Then you ask the age 
for other guys : hello nice to meet you. How old are you?
Just dive right in and hope for the best…if she turns out to be 16, just use the line “I swear officer she said she was 40!”

Ha, ha! Trick question…they don’t have summer vacations from high school! They’re in school five days a week, 51 weeks a year (one week for CNY), 18 hours a day.

Well you do the visual assessment test
1)Does she have a perm,blue/raspberry/orange hair?
2)Is frowning like she’s gonna kick someone’s arse?
3)Is yapping away on her phone about stocks,family budget, or the sale at Carrefore?
4)Does she have several plastic bags in her possession?
5)Is her face sunburned?
6)Is she hunched over?
7)Is she capable of burning a hole into you because she’s staring so much?
8)Is she not playing with her hair?
9)Is she not holding her cellphone for that one phone call that seems to be life or death for her?
10)Is she wearing polyester that isn’t colored blue,purple or green?
11)Is she wearing shoes that could have been ordered from Fredricks of Hollywood?
12)Is she carrying an umbrella?(see rule 10 to double check)
13)Is laden down with LV,Gucci, Coach, or Prada?
14)Is she not attached at the hand,hip or elbow of a girlfriend, giggling away at high pitch volumes?
If you answered yes 5 or more questions, you have got you a certified over 18 girl. Now, becareful of those girls with heavy makeup and piercings on otherwise go get your groove on…
