How do we make drivers yield to pedestrians at crosswalks?

In other news, how does one go about making a profit off assholes who don’t follow traffic laws? I’m so tired of tripping over scooters and cars parked on the red lines (and walking nearly a block out of my way in many cases) and the drivers who really want me to jump on their hoods.

I’ve been calling the cops on illegally parked cars and scooters for years. It’s a very easy thing to do.
