How do we make drivers yield to pedestrians at crosswalks?

Seems Kaohsiung will start removing sidewalk parking for scooters in some areas and instead of putting scooter parking on sidewalks

I watched the whole video not understanding a word of what was said, even when I tried to read the subtitles.

Then I realized that even the subtitles were in Taiwanese. What the fuck is the point of having Taiwanese subtitles when the person is already speaking in Taiwanese?

I reckon it’s to help non-native speakers to at least get the gist of it. I don’t speak Cantonese but I am not exactly lost in HK either.

Everything has subtitles in Taiwan.
