I presume that is in Taichung? Hellish endless seas of concrete, but with clear skies and nothing blocking the driver’s line of vision . . . and the driver just ploughs into that “wai guo ren.”

I have some family visiting Taiwan these days…yesterday we almost got hit by a right turning driver in Taichung…not pleasant to say the least….I hope someone caught it on their dashcam and reported the jerk.

Sh&t road design (with concrete everywhere), sh&t driving, sh&t outcomes. At times like this, I hate Taiwan.
