I’m not sure under what category this question goes under, but is there a way to send a PM to someone on this forum?
Yes, use the site a bit and get to Trust Level 1, and then you can PM people by clicking on their avatar and then the blue Message button.

This is going in here because I can’t seem to create new topics in any Forumosa forum, including this one. When I click on the ‘plus’ cross, I get a box that tells me the forum, a box below that that gives me optional tags, and then the message box.
Below that is a ‘create topic’ button with a white cross which does nothing. Oh, and top of the page is the thread banner. What am I doing wrong?
