How do you say Jujitsu in Mandarin?

I know your point, Kobo-Daishi. 侍 in Chinese may mean different thing and make people neglect the social status of a samurai (cann’t check MoE’s dictionary, sorry). Although Japanese uses Kanji, it doesn’t mean we translate directly(well, quite often). I now know the difference of Samurai and Bushi. But Chinese has fewer terms for that system or job(whatever you call that). So I’ll uses 武士 to mean Bushi and Samurai. Like the Far East Chinese-English Dictionary said. Because the OP is asking Chinese:p

I know it’s not very precise. But it’s a common situation in translation, isn’t it?
