Alright, I have been surfing some of the past threads. It seems that water rationing is a possible re-occurrence in Taiwan.
How do you guys survive water rationing? I mean, how do you guys shower or keep yourselves clean in times of water rationing? I hope I am not asking a silly question. 
Fill the bath or buckets when the water is on. Then use a flannel. Only take showers when the water is on.
I really don’t remember it being a problem the last time.
Electricity rationing was a problem because you couldn’t store it and you really did have to go with out.
Don’t shower.
Lick yourself clean, like a cat.
Use a dry cleaner for a week instead of doing the laundry.
Ignore the dishes and let them pile up in the sink.
Drink beer only.
Piss over the balcony.
Sounds just like normal.
It has never been a problem. Every building I’ve lived in has had water tanks big enough to last a whole day.
me too. Most buildings are like that. A pump pumps water to the rooftop tanks and gravity does the rest. My building’s tanks last two days so when they water is turned off they last until it is turned back on.
I have lived in buildings that weren’t so fortunate and so bathed with bottled water.
Had no water for a week after a typhoon once.
Pee in sink - easier to flush.
Took MRT to Sogo for pooing. No beans or fibrous veggies after 3pm.
Evian baths.
Trips to friends’ houses for hair washing.
The longest I’ve experienced has been around a week with no water, so the issue of how to keep clean didn’t really come up. I don’t understand the question. 
What’s the address of that apartment? I will be sure to avoid it.
I lived without panties, my AC was on during high summer and to save on AC I just went to nearest mall or library, also used their bathroom, water, etc to clean myself, and I also bought some unscented wet tissues and anti-bacterial gel. I also went to some public pools and bathed myself in their bathrooms and washed my hair. During water rationing, I ate in eateries, never at home, so no dishes to wash. Just go to public places, most will provide water no matter what.
Do the malls or libraries in TW have showers in their bathrooms?! Damn I am gonna love this place. In fact, with every positive post I read about TW, the anticipation builds up not unlike a virgin approaching his first orgasm.

Try pissing in a waterless toilet for a week and you’ll soon figure out which is more ‘hygienic’ …

When I lived in the mountains I had one time that there was no water for a whole week … and I had made the mistake, or not, to make a direct connection to the water pipe, so, no tank in between because the pressure was not high enough … than the typhoon messed everything up … I stayed home for two days, than moved on to friends of ours until they reconnected the water … I had water that I got from the pressure relieve holes in the concrete wall behind the house, but as soon as the rain stopped, no more water … good experience …
When neighbors throw out 2- to 3-gallon water jugs (crikey, what a waste!), rescue them, rinse them out, then fill them with boiled and cooled water, and let them build up on your balcony as emergency water rations over time. In the event of an outage, you can use them for bathing, flushing, watering plants or drinking.
During water rationing, plug the tub while you shower, then use the soapy, dirty water (with a bucket) to flush the toilet.
When you wash dishes, use a bin of soapy water and a bin of rinse water, instead of letting the water run the whole time. Save both for flushing the toilet.
Remove all your clothes.
Rub your whole body with tuna, mackerel, halibut, or other aromatic fish.
Lie down.
Allow one or more cats to lick you thoroughly clean. (This may take some time–the more cats, the faster the process.) This is also an exfoliating treatment.

Collect greywater.
We bought some huge buckets, and when we’re doing the laundry we collect the water from the rinse cycles. we use that to flush the toilet.
We went something like 4 weeks without water once after a typhoon…I now keep at least 5 55gallon trash cans used only for water filling after natural disasters.
Find areas in your neighborhood supplied with well water. If you see and older farmhouse in your area, make them your new best friends. (they are everywhere)
Fill everything you have up with water from your building tank (or your neighbors will) bathtubs, sinks, everything.
Use a hot water pot along side your stored water, mix the two and you can still take a hot dip shower. Save that water for toilet flushing.
The fire department will supply water to outlying areas, but it will require boiling to even bathe with . Use it for toilet flushing only.
