seriously, getting smokes in Taiwan is a walk away from the 7-11.

You can come up to my town and try walking to the nearest 7/11. It’s 4 km down then 8 km up to the main road, then you meander along for another 35km down the the bottom of Alishan mountain at Chukou.

Thats should keep your breath fresh until the next smoke.
