How long until I return to Taiwan?

I am enjoying life in Costa Rica and have no desire to move back to Taiwan, which begs the question, “Will I ever return to Taiwan?”.

Also for those who are disgruntled with living in Taiwan, stop dreaming about another life and do something about it.

What are you doing in Costa Rica?

I don’t know, mate.

I’ll have a good long think about it, though, because every single minute of the day I ponder the latest installment in steelerman’s life. You don’t like Taiwan very much, and you’re probably not going to come here again, but we’ll carry on an endlessly circular discussion about whether you might return or not. Why don’t you start a thread that isn’t about you for a change?

ah culture shock…the first stage is the best!

You’re already here. You just don’t know it yet.

Most times what the topic starts out as in irrelevant. They all seem to evolve into something else anyway.

Furthermore, I don’t think I ever made one comment that said, I don’t like Taiwan.

Actually, I like Taiwan. The problem is that Taiwan seems to have limited opportunities.

Culture shock. Why would I be experiencing culture shock? I have already been to Latin America before.

It’s just tedious, dude.

Come back already!

You know you want to. :2cents: :2cents: / :2cents: = :2cents:

The only culture shock that I will ever experience is moving back to the US.

and you’re posting here because…

Because he loves Taiwan.

How many god damn posts do we need to have about this?

In other news I could see myself doing something similar to steelersman in a few years.

don’t worry lads we will dis-able his homing pidgeon signals the next full moon and he will end up in KOREA (insert wicked dr. evil laugh here).

I think people with self-identity conflicts should be limited to posting only 2 threads about themselves

So should people who keep on discussion Taiwanese women. yawn

Unless they provide pics.

So, how’s the “menu del dia” compare to a “bian dang?” :ponder:

and below is a video of steelersman, one month in the future, taking Costa Rica by storm. :discodance:

If you’re now working online, then the bolded bit above doesn’t make sense. You could just as easily be doing it in Taiwan as anywhere else.

Not without marry a Taiwanese woman or taking a stupid job in Taiwan to get an ARC! :astonished:

Ah, yes. Though there is the APRC after 5 years.

In any case, don’t let the bastards (that is, other posters who are normally sane nice people) get you down.

I suggest though that you catch a tropical disease and then post about that to keep interest high. Does Steelersman have Malaria? Or perhaps given where you are Has SM got a STD?
