Just noticed I have 306 apps on my phone.
Daily use about 40 including around 8 widgets.
Did you count them one by one?
So you don’t included those installed directly using APK file, right?
Installed means ones that came with the phone + ones we installed from PlayStore right?

You can. I have none from APK.
Only if the ones that came with your phone can be updated via Play Store, which is the case for most (if not all) of them
I have 129 apps on my phone now.
Someday I’ll have to go back and research why in the heck I had 306 apps on my phone. Then why I have 129 now.
Personally, I’ve never been one for apps; most things I have that are apps for are things I either frequently use or the ones that makes every lousy excuse to making you HAVE to use their stinkin’ app (lookin’ at you, Reddit), and I try to use their webpage whenever I can.
However, even with that in mind, society is making it more and more difficult, so I have roughly 190 apps, with about 25-ish apps that tie into Taiwanese life (e.g. my bank apps, receipt barcode, 中油, Bus+, LINE, Shopee, etc.).
