How to block/ignore people with private profile?

I want to block/ignore two antivax people on this board, which one of them has a private profile. How can I do that?

Go to your own profile, then Preferences, Notifications, Users, then enter the relative UserName in the box and save.

Apologies, I had an error in there.

Ignored is the one, click on the + to add and type the Username in.
Muted is different - you still see the persons posts, but don’t get notifications or PM’s.
