I want to buy a car for around 500 000. Don’t want to drop the cash at once. (also don’t have it). Is it possible to get a car loan through a bank, which bank, and because my ARC gets renewed once a year, wont this be a problem?
Any suggestions.

If you’re a foreigner you can’t get a loan in your name…period. Unless you own some property here…or something like that. You can’t get a Taiwanese person to co-sign either. What you can do is get a Taiwanese person to get a lone…and you yourself become a co-signer with permission to make payment on the loan.

You might use a credit card if you have one.?
My wife does all the loans, so I don’t have any issues… sorry I can’t help out here~
