I think you have to take it too a bank, I struck it rich too years ago. You probably need your ARC

The headquarters of the then-Taipeibank was on Zhongshan N Rd sec 2 sort of across the road from the Grand Formosa Regent. The bank changed its name to Taipei Fubon but I guess that’s still where you have to go to get the money. And yes, I would take my passport, ARC, and bank account book.

You should bring an “identity proving document” when you go claim your money.
If you won under 2000nt, you can cash your winning ticket in anywhere they sell the lotto tickets. Unless you’re a foreigner. Then you have to go to Fubon bank. Hah.
From 2000.1 to ten million nt, you have to cash your winning ticket in at Fubon bank.
BTW, any old fubon bank will let you cash the ticket in.
