How to find people who know about X-Box Live?

My son, who speaks both Chinese and English, has an X-Box and loves to play both basketball and baseball games on it. But ever since he got the X-Box, he and I haven’t been able to make it hook up online with X-Box Live. I’m looking for people who could answer questions about this problem and help talk my son through the X-Box Live setup. Do you know of anyone or any organization I could call, e-mail, or otherwise contact who might be able to assist us? If so, I’d be greatly appreciative.

For Xbox Live, you just need to connect the Xbox to the Internet through your router. For Xbox Live Gold, you’ll need to pay. But if you contact Microsoft they should be willing to talk you through it if you plan to sign up for a paid subscription.
