# How to stop receiving thread notifications?

How can I stop receiving notifications about the Weight and Diet and Exercise thread? It’s doing my swede in. 😂

Go to the bottom of the posts in the thread, there’s a button with a bell icon that probably says Watching. Set that to one of the other options as you wish
