HTC Classaction / possible lawsuit from consumers

Objective:
Looking for a lawyer who is technically clever and not afraid to defend +4000 users of a HTC Tytn II in a possible lawsuit towards HTC headquarters>


Background:
There is much fuss on several Pocket PC / PDa dedicated websites regarding HTC’s devices with video driver issues. Even a dedicated complaint website has been set-up (htcclassaction.org/) and Google search :Tytn II + drivers” gives a good idea about the scale of awareness created.
Not forgetting a subscribed petition by + 4.200 owners already: petitiononline.com/tytn2vid/

Being a more than dissatisfied consumer myself, I am considering to offer help to the TytnII owners pushing HTC to deliver what should be a solution in terms of a driver update or new ROM.

In the early stage of investigating the possibility of a classaction-lawsuit , some of you working in the high Tech industry here in Taiwan might give me some tips or advice or person/attorneys to contact. (PM me , no need to dissolve a strategy or names here as HTC is monitoring each website referring to their major screw-up)

As for the HTC story, things move slow (htcclassaction.org/) , but they do move.
Plenty of sites reported the story and even some were refering towards the upcoming “downfall of HTC i his PDA empire”.

Bottom line, HTC tends to be just another quick win Company here in taiwan where consumers complaints do not want to be heared.
