Anyone have any good info on expats in Hualien?
I live in Hualien - what kind of info are you after?
just general info about the expat community. a friend of mine has been there for a while and is taking off to return to the states, in the process of which she is giving me her apartment, etc. i just sort of wanted to know what the cost of living there is, how easy it is to get ESL jobs there, what the bar scene is like. that kind of stuff.
