Hello everyone.
I’m planning on applying for the MOE Huayu Enrichment scholarship for Fall 2010. I’m from the states and as I was going over the application form I found online, I noticed it says that participants of the Huayu TOP (Test of Proficiency) will be given priority consideration. I’d like to be as competitive as possible, should I go ahead and sign up for the November Huayu test? For the people here who received this scholarship, did you take the Huayu TOP? Thanks.
