Comment - It is true that only less apathetic workers would respond to a survey but it does not neccesarily follow that only less apathetic workers would be less inclined to respond to a survey about apathy specifically because it is about apathy. Au contrair, it may be that apathetic workers would be “more” inclined to respond to a questionaire about apathy than a questionaire about, for example, tractor tires or parlimentary procedure since apathy is such a major feature of their existence.
