Breeze Center Mall has free wif-fi. Starbucks is convenient, but crowded and noisy.
MoRelax is off Shida Road, near the night market. The lane opposite Burger King (has a fruit/stinky tofu shop on the corner)… walk down there and it’s on your right. Salt Peanuts is another good cafe down that lane.
