Anyone out there able to help me make a web page or know of someone who does this for a living?

I want to be able to have a page where a person can upload a file and send it to me somehow.
Also, I would like to have some sort of user name and password entry system.

Well, best option is to set up a secure shell server. You can create user accounts, the users can up and download files with secure shell clients onto this server. Everything is encrypted, so nobody can spy on you. Secure shell offers a rather secure server that is not that easily hacked, so you don’t need to worry about anybody abusing your computer. The server software runs under Linux, M$ Windows, or MacOSX, although I haven’t set up one there yet.
