I thought sauerkraut couldn't go bad

But I was, apparently, mistaken.

It can go bad, and buddy, I mean B-A-D.

Yup, unless it’s kept in lactic acid or pasteurised, but that kills off most of the healthy bacteria. There’s a little stall near 228 park (towards Ximen side) that sells saurkraut meat pie things. No idea what meat it is, but it’s lovely!

When things that can’t go bad go bad, they go really bad. Once my bottle of chili powder was colonized by incredibly small Taiwanese insects for who Mexican chili powder was apparently a perfect medium.

Who told you they can’t go bad? Sounds dubious.

Trust me, you do NOT want to be in the same Area Code when it happens. :no_no:

Kimchi going bad is really gross. The smell stays for days.

I think I may have found my next tattoo…
